Slytherin purse

Those in the Slytherin house are often among the more wealthy families.  So perhaps they will have particular need of a purse bearing their crest!

Hogwards pencil case

I know I will need to make more of these than I have already.  Unfortunately I had a bit of a disaster with the zip insertions, meaning that I need to go back and do a lot of tedious unpicking. 

I also want to make a variety of sizes of these pencil cases.  For now, the five I have will have to do.

Griffindor purse

This design sewed up much better with grey thread than with the silver metallic I used for the phone cases.  I was really pleased with the result; the design came up so much more clearly.

Ravenclaw purses

Hufflepuff purse

Another Harry Potter purse, this one for Hufflepuff.

I have a soft spot for Hufflepuff.  This is possibly at least partly due to the fact that both I and my younger daughter "fit" there, according to Pottermore.  But really, what's not to like about that badger offering a hug?!

Harry Potter: Ravenclaw

This is another Canstralian embroidery design, like the Hogwarts and Hufflepuff crests.  It is a beautifully clear design, and I hope will be popular.

Hogwarts purses

To add to my Harry Potter theme, here is another new line.  These little coin purses proved extremely popular on their first outing, and the embroidery machine is busy creating a restock!  Naturally I also made them in the house shield designs, but it was this Hogwarts one which proved most popular.

Harry Potter - Griffindor

This is the house everyone wants to be in!  Again, this design came from BlastoStitch.  I used silver thread in this - which unfortunately did not photograph too well.  The actual case looks much better than the photo suggests!

Harry Potter - Huffelpuff

The embroidery pattern on this phone case, like the Hogwarts one, came from Canstralian.  It is a lovely pattern and the results were delightful - and much appreciated by my younger daughter, who immediately claimed this one!

I'm hoping she might take some more of the Harry Potter phone cases back to her university to see if fellow members of their Harry Potter Soc will purchase them.

Harry Potter phone case

I found some fabulous Hogwarts inspired embroidery patterns online and couldn't resist them.  This first one was claimed by my elder daughter.  Despite being a medical student, she still loves Harry Potter!

The colours shine through, and I am so pleased with this design.
