Stony Stratford Riverside fair

It was a windy, cold and showery day - but with patches of sunshine as well, which were very welcome!  The setting was lovely - an open area surrounded by uncut grass.  Lots of young children present - there were free rides and a climbing wall, which brought them in.  I sold lots of smaller items- the new monster and owl purses were very popular.  Also sold out of my owl bags.  The list of stock to replace keeps growing!!

I had to take the owl tree down early on - it was far too windy for it.  Pity, because it looked good.  However, the wire baskets I bought yesterday from a discount shop were a great addition - I was glad I got five.  They really helped to organise my smaller items and I think attracted custom.

  2. Your stuff all looks great - very inviting!! That owl swirly tree is a hoot (pun not intended, LOL) and I really like the metal baskets of little bags - I bet people couldn't wait to dive in and see what was there!

I'm very glad you have to restock - that's a good thing :)
