Pencil cases mark 3

These cases used both some of my oddments of denim and some oddments of other fabrics - including scraps of the wonderful material from Mombasa.  I enjoyed making these.  They were really fast to construct, and I find them attractive.  Hopefully audiences at upcoming events will feel the same!

  1. Just say YES to patchworking scraps and bits to make new fabric --- it looks fantastic and sometimes even makes a dent in your scrap basket, lol! Great pencilcases! Do you make any kind of labels or tags for your goodies or display? Personally, as a shopper, I'd love to know which items are made from upcycled/reclaimed fabrics, and would be especially interested in knowing that some of the fabric came from Mombasa!
